Shipping Information

• Prints: All prints are made to order (see returns policy), with a processing time of up to 5 business days before shipping.

• Original Drawings: Shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:

• Within the UK: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: Approximately 7 business days after dispatch.

Packaging:

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:

• A4 prints are sent flat with a sturdy card-backed envelope for protection.

• A3 and A2 prints are rolled and shipped in a durable tube to prevent creasing or damage.

Gift Orders

Each original drawing comes with a handwritten note. If you are purchasing as a gift, feel free to send me a message, and I will be happy to include a personalised note on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. As each piece is printed on demand, I do not keep stock, which means I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order. To process a replacement, you will need to provide:

• A clear photo of the damaged item

• A photo of the packaging it arrived in

Once I review your claim, I will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you as soon as possible.
